  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries or other fruits
  • 1/4 cup granola

  • If you like your parfait a little sweeter, mix the Greek yogurt with maple syrup or honey. Stir well until it’s fully incorporated. This step is optional, but it adds a delightful sweetness to complement the tartness of the yogurt.
  • Grab a mason jar, glass, or bowl—whatever you have handy. Begin by spooning half the yogurt (¼ cup) into the bottom of the jar.
  • Layer on half the berries followed by half the granola. The colors and textures start coming together beautifully at this stage!
  • Add the remaining yogurt, followed by another layer of berries and granola. Your Greek yogurt parfait is now ready to enjoy!
