- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup mixed berries or other fruits
- 1/4 cup granola
If you like your parfait a little sweeter, mix the Greek yogurt with maple syrup or honey. Stir well until it’s fully incorporated. This step is optional, but it adds a delightful sweetness to complement the tartness of the yogurt.
Grab a mason jar, glass, or bowl—whatever you have handy. Begin by spooning half the yogurt (¼ cup) into the bottom of the jar.
